Digital CAD/CAM methods exist but until recently have not been applied to the field of dentures and partials.

Justin Marks, CDT
Founder & CEO
An accomplished dental technician, lab owner and educator, Justin founded Arfona in 2016 after more than a decade as the VP of Business Development for Valplast Corporation. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pace University Lubin School of Business with his degree in business administration in marketing and management and received his dental technician certification (CDT) from the National Board for Certification for the complete dentures speciality. He is a member of the advisory board to the Restorative Dentistry program at New York City College of Technology and a member of the editorial advisory board for Digital Esthetics magazine.
In addition to being a 3D printing nut and dental geek, Justin is also a musician, crazy cat person, world traveler, afficionado of art deco architecture and twentieth century history buff.
CTO & Lead Engineer
Shiann is an accomplished mechanical engineer specializing in product design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes. He has a successful track record of releasing products from concept to manufacturing, from limited production quantities to large scale manufacturing. He has worked for companies such as MakerBot Industries, where he served as the Lead Engineer for the Replicator+, and Mistras Group, where he served as Lead Mechanical Engineer for the Tablet UT and SF6 projects. Shiann received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union in New York City.
In his personal life, Shiann is always looking for new opportunities to expand his knowledge base and learn from others in all fields. He is an avid hiker, snowboarder, skier, traveler, creator, automotive enthusiast, photographer, cook, and lover of all things food, beer, wine and spirits.
