Next Generation 3D Printing for Your Dental Lab
At Arfona we believe that the key to 3D printing dental prosthetics intended for long-term use lies with fused filament technology. Our approach is to take dental materials that have stood the test of time and to provide them in a format suitable for additive manufacturing.
All of our dental filaments are compatible with our flagship 3D printer, the r.Pod. Versatile enough to digitize your dental lab or clinic yet small enough to fit on a desktop.
It’s time to put your old injection system to rest.
Bring Your 3D Design to Life
Finally, there is a way to bring your digital design off the computer screen and into your hands. Valplast® partial dentures for 3D printing are now a reality with the r.Pod® Desktop 3D Printer. Combine r.Pod® manufacturing with digital impressions and realize a completely digital workflow for your Valplast® fabrication. Validated for use with the 3Shape Dental System with other CAD systems coming soon.
Biocompatible Dental Materials, Simplified.
The photopolymers that are typically used with dental 3D printers are messy to work with, contain hazardous chemicals and are generally limited to short term or single-use appliances. With r.Pod® 3D printing we have taken popular thermoplastics such as Valplast® and transformed them for use with our popular r.Pod® line of printers. Featuring dual extrusion print heads, r.Pod® is optimized to print advanced filaments and is compatible with the entire suite of Arfona dental materials.
